It’s a new year and I just wanted to thank you for visiting my website. Now that my company has been up and running for a year I’m a lot more focused on exactly what direction we are going in 2007-08. Because everything in the music industry is going towards the internet it is a great time to be an independent label. When it comes to radio and TV we really can’t compete with the major record companies. But they have a lot less of and edge on us when it comes to on-line sells and advertising because it’s a lot less politics (payola). This is why I am urging all of my fans to please start downloading and ordering Cd’s on-line. I’m currently in the studio working on two new albums. One is called DBOMB “Diary of a Sinner”, and the other one is called ARIES “Inspiration”. Both albums are coming out on DBOMB ENT. very soon. My first solo album “I’m a Beast” is available right now for CD orders and digital downloads so please make sure you get 2 or 3 copies at (http://cdbaby.com/cd/dirtbomb2). Last year I shopped my album to several major labels Capitol Records was one. They really felt my voice and music like most of my fans in the streets do but they didn’t want to sign DBOMB for DBOMB. They wanted me to make more commercial music and be something that I’m not. I love Hip-Hop too much to not make music from my soul so I guess I won’t be signed until someone wants to sign me for me.( This same label failed to sign Kanye West before he went to the Roc and dropped two platinum albums and won several Grammy award.) My goal hasn’t changed and it will remain the same. I want to sell 60,000 Cd’s/downloads in one year and I will not rest until I succeed. News travels fast and there is no better promotion then word of mouth. So email your friends, aunts, uncles, mamas, grand mama’s, baby mamas, etc. my website address WWW.DBOMB.NET, and tell them to check it out.
